  1. All rates are inclusive of prevailing GST.

  2. There will be NO REFUND of registration fee.

  3. Your registration will be valid when payment is received in full by the organisers.

  4. Registration for HYBRID event is subject to availability of seats, and is on a first-come-first-served basis.

  5. The organisers reserve the right to amend any part of the programme without giving prior notice should the need arise.

  6. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the events beyond the control of the organisers.

  7. Deadline for Standard Registration will close on 25 April 2021 (2359 GMT+8) for HYBRID event.

  8. On successful registration payment, participants will receive a confirmation email

  9. Closer to the event, emails will be sent out to the participants on their assigned seating, zones, entrances to use, instructions on how to do contactless registration on the day of the event.


Registration and attendance at, or participation in all meetings and events organized by the SDA Convention 2021 constitute an agreement by the delegate to the use and distribution of the delegates' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SDA and other third parties, including but not limited to the venue, the host city and the host CVB.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend/update/remove any part of the information featured on the website without prior notice.


  1. Wearing a mask at all times unless eating

  2. Use of TraceTogether App or Token (compulsory for entry)

  3. Strict Observance of Safe Distancing Measures and no crossing of zones / cohorts. You will be allocated to a cohort which is within a zone.

  4. Being well and not having any close contact with a suspect or confirmed case in the last 14 days.

  5. Seating will be randomly assigned and no mutual swap is allowed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

  6. The Organising Committee reserves the right to deny entry or ask a participant to leave the venue if there is non-compliance to the above.
